What is Ureeka? #
Ureeka is the SMB growth engine that helps small businesses build their digital presence to expand existing and acquire new customers. We focus on the two key areas that fuel business growth: having sound website mechanics and an effective marketing strategy. With technology built to help optimize these two areas small businesses have the competitive edge they need to succeed.
Our platform is filled with tools to help manage your business, courses to learn the important stuff and services to help you execute.
Who can use Ureeka? #
Everyone! Ureeka is for anyone who is looking to start or grow a business. We welcome all entrepreneurs and those that want to support them as a mentor or coach.
Where is Ureeka available? #
Ureeka is currently available in the United States.
How do I join Ureeka? #
Getting started with a new account is easy! Our pricing page shows you the three different subscription options available to you. Simply click on one of them to get started.
Not ready to invest? We recommend selecting our starter subscription to try Ureeka for free.
What is my registration code? #
Your registration code is the code tied to your profile when you create an account with Ureeka.
If you are interested in joining Ureeka, choose a subscription tier here and the registration code will prepopulate for you.
If you are joining Ureeka through one of our partnership programs, you will have received a unique link to create an account. Please use that link to join so you get access to all of the items your program offers. If you have any questions, please email [email protected]

Does Ureeka have a mobile app? #
Yes, Ureeka is currently available on iOS in the United States. Download the app here. Please note that all of our coursework is only available on desktop.

Using Ureeka #
What is the Growth Center? #
The Growth Center is Ureeka’s tool that helps you monitor your website and marketing effectiveness and tells you where to make improvements that can help you grow your business. We evaluate numbers across your website, organic marketing and paid marketing to provide you with a prioritized list of recommendations to implement, monitor and adjust as you go. Learn more here.
What are courses? #
Ureeka courses are the collections of lessons that teach insider strategies and help build a custom growth plan to apply to a business. All of our worksheet-driven lessons are available via self-guided videos or run live by a coach.
Each lesson is organized by course type (strategy, marketing and finance) and level (100, 200 and 300). We recommend starting with lesson 101 and progressing from there.
How much do courses cost? #
The cost of courses are directly tied to your subscription. Starters have limited access to free courses only. Courses are included in Premium or Pro subscriptions.

How do I join a lesson? #
Joining a lesson is easy! Simply follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the Ureeka platform and click on courses (represented by the open book icon at the top of your page)
- Find the lesson you’d like to participate in. Lessons are split out by course type (strategy, marketing and finance) and level (100, 200 and 300). We recommend starting with lesson 101 and progressing from there.
- When you find the lesson, click ‘Start’ and follow the instructions on the following page.
How do I see what I’ve posted in the Ureeka Feed? #
To see all of your posts in the Ureeka Feed and Groups you belong to, simply click the hamburger menu button (≡) in the right corner and select ‘My Activity’ in the menu.
How do I mention / tag someone in a post or comment? #
We’re glad you asked! You can mention someone in your posts or comments within the Ureeka feed and any group feeds by entering the @ symbol and typing in the person’s name you are trying to mention. If they are a member of the community, their name will display in a dropdown menu for you to select. Click ‘post’ and they will get a notification.
How do I access my free Google drive? #
To access your Ureeka Google Drive, click the hamburger menu button (≡) in the right corner and select ‘My Ureeka Google Drive’ in the menu.
What is a group? #
A group is a destination within Ureeka where you can communicate with other users. Groups typically represent a different topic matter (like our Shop Ureeka group), a cultural background (like our Latinx Group) or a specific business vertical type.
Can I create a group? #
Yes! Any Ureeka user can create a group. Simply navigate to the groups page in the platform (look for the people icon) and click ‘Create a Group’ at the top of the page.
Can I make a group private? #
Yes, any group can be private to you and the members you’d like to include. Simply select ‘Private Group’ in the setup process or click the pencil icon on the group page to make changes to an existing group.
What is Ureeka chat (Uchat)? #
Ureeka chat is a feature built within Ureeka for any user to have a real-time conversation with another user.
Easily send written text messages to a single user or multiple users by writing a message in the text box and clicking the orange ‘Send’ button.
How do I start a Uchat with one or more users? #
- In the chat window, or on the chat page (click the text bubble icon in the top menu to get to the chat page), click the plus sign icon to start a new chat.
- Search in the search bar, or scroll through the member directory to find the person you’d like to chat with by name and click the ‘Add’ button.
- Add as many people as you want in the chat and then click the orange ‘Chat’ button to start sending messages.
How do I add multiple people to an existing Uchat? #
- Click on the person with a plus sign icon in the chat window.
- Search in the search bar, or scroll through the member directory to find the person you’d like to chat with by name and click the ‘Add’ button.
- Add as many people as you want in the chat and then click the orange ‘Chat’ button to start sending messages.
Can I name a Uchat group? #
- Yes! Follow these steps:
- Click into the Uchat group you would like to name
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the chat window and select ‘Rename’
- Enter in the name you want and click ‘Save’

Your profile & preferences #
How do I update my profile? #
All of the information about you and your business lives on your profile page. You can update that information by clicking the hamburger menu button (in the right hand corner on desktop and left hand corner of the iOS app) and selecting ‘My Profile’.
Our team, our coaches and other entrepreneurs use this to learn about you and your business. Keeping this information up to date is essential to getting the right kind of help.
What information can others see in my profile? #
Other users will automatically see your name, profile picture, ‘About Me’, skills needed and vertical experiences you need help with. The rest of your profile is shared based on what information you want to share.
Simply click the toggle button until it’s blue to turn on ‘Show in profile’ and click it again so the toggle button is gray in order to hide a field from your profile. Make sure to click the orange ‘Save Changes’ button anytime you edit your profile details.
How do I cancel my Ureeka subscription? #
To cancel your subscription follow these steps:
- Click the hamburger menu in the upper right corner and select ‘Membership & Billing’.
- In the left hand menu on the next page, select ‘Billing’. Here you will find your credit card that is on file and all of your subscriptions.
- Find your membership subscription and click ‘Cancel’.
Please note your access will remain through the end of your billing period. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your next payment date for cancellations to successfully process in time. If you have any questions, email [email protected] for assistance.
How do I delete my Ureeka account? #
We’re sad to see you go! If you feel like Ureeka isn’t the right fit for you, please email [email protected] to request an account termination and provide your feedback on what we could have done better.
Can I get a refund on my subscription? #
You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future payments. When cancelling your subscription, the following applies:
- Canceling your subscription will not provide refunds, nor-pro-rate remaining subscriptions
- After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to continue to use Ureeka for the course of the remaining billing cycle you have paid for (for example, if you chose the yearly subscription, it will be for the remainder of that 12 month period)
